  1. The Certain Way Company complies with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including GOV.SA and GCAM.GOV.SA regulations, to protect users' personal data privacy.
  2. All user data is treated as confidential information, and all technical and organizational measures are taken to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
  3. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to provide the Company with accurate and complete information, and you agree to receive marketing or promotional communications unless you notify the Company of your wish to opt out.

  4. The Company is not responsible for risks arising from external hosting service providers.

Section 6: Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright

  1. All content (text, images, video, trademarks, designs, software, articles, blogs, lectures, digital products) is the exclusive property of the Company.
  2. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or publishing any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
  3. All materials are protected under the laws of the Kingdom and international treaties (such as the Berne Convention).
  4. No user is granted any implicit right or license to use trademarks or content.

Section 7: Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns

General Refund Policy All amounts paid for electronic services are final and non-refundable or exchangeable, whether in whole or in part, after the account has been activated or the use of the service has commenced, due to the electronic nature of the service. Limited Exceptions A refund request shall only be accepted in the following two exclusive cases: a. If the service has not been activated at all. b. If the customer submits a written complaint regarding the quality of the service within (24) hours of activation, and the complaint is not resolved or responded to within (72) hours from the date of submission. In all other cases, the customer shall not be entitled to claim any refund or compensation. Service Cancellation The cancellation of the service shall not be considered valid unless the contract is terminated and an official clearance is completed through Customer Service. Any attempt to cancel the service outside these procedures shall have no legal effect and shall not be binding on the Company. Waiver of Claims By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to irrevocably and permanently waive any financial or legal claims against the Company regarding the refund of any amounts paid, except in the cases specified above. Section 8: General Provisions

  1. The Company reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after 30 days from an update constitutes explicit consent.

  3. This policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and shall be interpreted together as one unit.
